Underwriting with Loan Processing

This is a skill out of passion and love for doing it. I am a self-taught musician and composer. I released 2 singles already as an independent artist. I am still active doing this skill and hopefully will do me good in the near future.

I did mortgage underwriting under a US mortgage lender company for almost a year already. There, I evaluated mortgage loan applications to assess risk, ensuring they meet lender guidelines and regulatory requirements. I analyzed borrower credit, income, assets, and property value to approve or deny loans. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills to collaborate with loan processors.

I did loan processing for almost a year now from a US mortgage broker company. There I facilitated the mortgage or lending process by reviewing, verifying, and organizing loan applications from submission to underwriting approval. I became the liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure files are accurate, complete, and compliant with company or federal regulations.

I've been in the creative writing and literature organization in my university 2 years ago. There, I created multiple pieces of poems and published one of my works in the whole college to be read in a annual journal.

I do basic social media video editing like short-form contents to be posted on TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook.
