I am Via Mae De Belen, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science major in Data Science student with one year of customer service experience as a hotel receptionist. Through my work experience, I developed strong communication skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to assist different types of clients in a fast-paced environment.

I am currently looking for an entry-level opportunity in data analytics, data entry, virtual assistance, customer service, or system development support. I have knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Canva, and basic programming concepts. I can also assist with organizing data, preparing reports, documentation, testing system features, checking details, and supporting simple system-related tasks.

Although coding is not my strongest interest, I am willing to learn and improve when needed. I am currently building my portfolio with sample works and academic projects related to data entry, customer service, analytics, and system development support.

I am hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and open to training. I may not have full professional experience yet in the field related to my degree, but I am very willing to start, learn, and grow. I am looking forward to working with a client or team where I can provide reliable support while continuously improving my skills.
