I have been using Microsoft Excel for about 5 years for school assignments, to organise data, reports and basic analysis. I can build tables, organise records, use basic formulas, sort and filter data, create simple charts, and work with Pivot Tables. I am confident with common Excel tasks and I am willing to continue improving my skills for reporting, data entry and data related work.

I have worked for 1 year in customer service as a hotel receptionist. Helped guests, took questions, communicated professionally, helped deliver good customer experience. This experience taught me patience, approachability and responsibility in dealing with various clients.

I am a Computer Science major in Data Science student and I have a basic knowledge in data analytics. I have the ability to process data, recognise trends, generate simple reports, and utilise tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI for basic analysis and visualisations. I'm still developing my skills and looking to learn more in analytics-related work.
