Profile Description

I know/have experience in AppFolio. I have worked on the following tasks: 

Assigned to more than 60+ homeowner associations in Utah. 
Entering the vendor's invoices on Appfolio. 
Monitoring the vendor's certificate of liability, and W9 document. 
Uploading newsletter, meeting minutes, and financial files on the HOA website. 
Creating a new service request/work order and billing. 
Entering or increasing homeowner monthly dues/charges.
Monitoring inspection report. 
Sending emails to all homeowners and board members. 
Answering queries from homeowners through chat.
I'm checking the homeowner notices, creating work order reports, sending reports to the client, and setting up a new vendor on AppFolio. 
I respond to clients, site managers, vendors, and homeowners' inquiries. 
I have little knowledge of Property Meld. I add and remove tenants on PropertyMeld. I'm familiar with tenant screening, marketing properties, and more.
