Profile Description

I am currently a Team Leader assigned to Project Management where all policies and process changes from clients are being reviewed and validated by myself before it gets cascaded to the operations. I also make some arrangements and recommendations to the clients on what should be changed or added to their Standard Operating Procedures to improve the business' standing towards the consumers. Some of the tasks I do are content review, identifying process impacts, and itemizing some policies so that they can be easily understood by the audience. I also create training materials, and all other things related to it to improve the understanding of the Operations to a certain procedure.

I also handle projects where we identify the people to be included, its impact, its pros and cons, how it can directly or indirectly affect one's performance, and make recommendations from the results.

I also experienced handling a team of at least 13 teammates where I was the Team Leader. My key job is to make sure that these 13 teammates improve their performance by identifying their opportunities and improving them to ensure that they hit the monthly target.
