In my most recent role as an Executive Admin Assistant, I managed guest bookings and reservations on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Dialpad. I created and managed guest contracts using DocuSign, generated access codes with apps like Ring and Schlage, and responded to guest concerns. I also coordinated housekeeping schedules and property maintenance, monitored CCTV for compliance, and processed invoices through PayPal.
