Hi! I'm a graduate of Education with a major in English. I have over 5 years experience teaching English communication skills in the Philippines and Singapore. Later on, I gained 7 yrs experience in a local insurance company as a unit manager, and 2 years as assistant sales manager in a real estate company. I also had a brief experience in the BPO industry as customer service representative and directory assistant. These past experiences honed me to develop not only my communication skills, but also technical, and leadership skills. I am proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, and Capcut.
