I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer with experience as a Technical Support Associate, assisting customers with internet connectivity troubleshooting, account upgrades, and system documentation.
I also work as an Administrative Assistant/Virtual Assistant for a house maintenance company in California. My diverse professional background also includes office administration, budget preparation, scheduling, and report presentation, supporting efficient project management and smooth workflow coordination. I am proficient in creating professional designs and visual materials using Canva, allowing me to combine technical accuracy with creative and engaging presentation skills.
With a strong foundation in engineering, administration, and customer support, I bring a balanced combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and effective communication to every task I undertake.
