I'm a finance professional with over 10 years of experience spanning corporate BPO payroll, direct-hire remote bookkeeping, and contractor/HR administration, almost all of it focused on Australian businesses.
My payroll career began at Alight Solutions, a global BPO handling HR and payroll services worldwide. There, I managed end-to-end payroll for a high-volume Australian account, processed leave and superannuation, ran data entry through SAP, and handled contract reviews, document verification, and compliance audits. That gave me a deep, practical grounding in Australian payroll regulation and system accuracy.
After transitioning to permanent remote work, I was hired directly by an Australian client, where I started with core bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and payroll compliance in Xero. As the company grew and began onboarding international contractors, my role expanded into contract administration: managing international invoice payments, resolving contractor inquiries, and providing broader HR/admin support. I also moved into higher-level finance work, preparing manual balance sheets, projecting monthly operational costs, and putting together P&L reports.
Alongside that, I've worked part-time as a Finance and Payroll Administrator for a local client, handling statutory government payments, payroll, tax reporting, and accounts receivable.
Across structured systems (SAP, Xero, MYOB) and businesses where I built the bookkeeping process from scratch, my consistent strengths have been accuracy, reliability, and being process-driven, someone employers can hand a messy set of books or a payroll cycle to and trust it'll be done right, on time, every time.
