I have taken various online courses to improve my skills and knowledge as a freelancer, So far, I have finished and acquired certificates in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing and SEO through HubSpot Academy.
About my work experience, I use to work in the call center industry as a customer service representative for companies based in the US and Australia.
I used to work for was a prepaid debit card company called Netspend where I handled customer inquiries about their account and billing concerns. Next was a shoe, apparel and accessory store called Finishline, here I handle customer inquiries about product information, orders and returns, and promotions. And then, I use to work for Telstra, a telecommunications company based in Australia wherein I handle inquiries about products, accounts, and billing.
As you can see, these are one of the biggest companies in each respective countries, because I love to work in a career-oriented and challenging environment that promotes personal growth and uplifts professional development. And I strongly believe that learning is a continuous process so I am welcome to discovering new things.
