Logistics & Freight Operations Support
I help freight forwarders, trucking companies, and logistics teams stay organized, responsive, and on schedule by supporting daily shipment operations and backend admin tasks.
I’m a self-taught, operations-focused professional who ensures nothing falls through the cracks—from load tracking to document handling and customer updates.
What I can do for your freight operations:
- Track and update shipment status across carriers- Monitor loads and flag delays or exceptions early- Prepare, collect, and organize documents (BOL, PODs, invoices, receipts)- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with shippers and receivers- Handle email and chat communication with drivers and customers- Enter and verify load details in TMS and spreadsheets- Support dispatch and admin follow-up tasks
