Proven track record in maintaining ATO-compliant records and ensuring all financial data is consistently updated and ready for senior review and BAS/IAS preparation. Highly proficient in Xero, Hubdoc, and STP payroll management.

• Accounting & Compliance: Full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Bills, and Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations.

• AU Payroll & Tax: Single Touch Payroll (STP) management, Superannuation processing, Employee Onboarding, and BAS/IAS Preparation Support.

• Financial Management: Month-end close for 18+ clients, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting, and ATO-compliant data organization.

• Software Proficiency: Xero (Advanced), QuickBooks Online, Hubdoc, FYI Docs, and Google Sheet, MS Excel.

• Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Outlook, Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana.

• Certifications: Xero Advisor Certified and Certified QuickBooks Online Level 1.
