Profile Description
I’m a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant and a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with a background in Electronics Engineering. I handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, transaction categorization, accounts receivable and payable, expense tracking, and month-end closing.
I also provide administrative support when needed. In my previous role as Chapter Treasurer and VP Education for a 100+ member engineering organization, I managed financial records with zero discrepancies and consistently delivered audit-ready reports. I also helped coordinate programs and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the year. That experience strengthened my organization, communication, and file management skills.
I’m a graduate of Western Mindanao State University and currently open to both full-time and part-time remote work. I’m particularly interested in working with AU or UK clients and can adjust my schedule to match those time zones.
