Handle Airfreight & Sea freight LCL/FCL Europe, Singapore China
USA & South  Africa shipment for lane xang minerals mine site going to Laos.
Handles Export shipment sea freight consignment for Societies De
Syama (ex Australia).
Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies; and overseas
agents to efficiently transport the goods from shipper’s premises to Sea to
Summit Transport warehouse.
Review purchase orders against supplier documents including
invoices, packing list & hazardous data prior finalizing the manifest for
booking for shipping lines.
Monitor the shipments from departure at port of loading until the
cargo is fully delivered to  consignee.
Update the status of purchase orders and shipment in tracking system.
Expediting all Lang Xang orders from Laos and Syama Orders Dakar Senegal. -Coordinate with BIVAC for inspection
of cargo prior to packing of containers for Syama consolidation.
Preparing M041 to be submitted Shipping Line in all hazardous cargo.
