Profile Description

More recently, I provided high-volume live chat support, handling up to 60 customer interactions per shift while meeting strict SLAs. I consistently maintained high customer satisfaction scores, improved first-contact resolution rates, reduced repeat inquiries, and owned issues through final resolution. Clear communication, sound judgment, and accountability were key to my success in this role.
