I've been in the industry for more than 6 years assisting customer/consumer personally, via phone, via email and via chat. Some experience: -Insurance field QBE Insurance - I was assigned to European account initially supporting our clients via email and it is more of a non-voice task. (Email triage, Email response based on urgency and SLA, Doing outbound calls if needed) After the account repatriated, I was transferred to Afterhours Team of Australian Motor and Property Insurance and we support our clients via 100% inbound call.

Google workspace has been part of my daily lives by managing my email, calendar management, data entry, tracking information

Since I am very active in Social Media, I enjoyed managing social accounts, creating posts, interacting with other, and doing graphic designs. I am very confident about of this skill.

This skills helps me manage my schedule so much. As an active person I often missed events and important tasks but recently I've been very productive and able to not missed out any events, tasks and responsibilities in my life.

I recently organized my personal email and I am very satisfied that it is zero now and each email is automatically labeled based on it's type and urgency. I can now view my email with easiness and without missing important emails.

I am starting to learn the application and it is very helpful and enjoyable at the same time. It helps me to be efficient, creative and results driven.
