I am a customer service and operations professional with experience in BPO environments, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Experience Agent, and Operations Customer Expert, which developed my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
Alongside my customer service background, I also have knowledge and interest in bookkeeping and basic financial record management. I studied bookkeeping during my 2 years in senior high school, and college days up until today. I am familiar with handling data entry tasks, organizing records, and maintaining accurate documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, Canva, and other productivity tools, and I am comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative systems. I am highly adaptable, reliable, and capable of working independently in remote environments with minimal supervision.
I am seeking a long-term remote opportunity where I can contribute my skills in customer support, virtual assistance, or bookkeeping support while continuing to grow professionally and provide value to my employer.

I have a foundational background in bookkeeping gained through 2 years of Senior High School (ABM strand) and college studies in Marketing Management. I learned basic accounting concepts such as journal entries, financial recording, and business transaction analysis. I am currently enhancing my skills through online courses and tutorials focused on accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation basics. I am also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and financial organization, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. With that, I was able to learn and enhance my skills and expertise in the field of business. Using different ways on how to deal with day to day basis of changes and adapting the new ways of business ethics using strategic planning and executing.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I work as a content moderator at the famous platform we have today. Wherein I was able to enhance my skill and it was actually part of my expertise.

My experience as an email support was a great advantage in dealing with customer's inquiries. Wherein, I was able to resolve inquiries with positive feedback from the customers.
