I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2–3 years of experience as a Forex trader, including deep exposure to the prop firm industry. I have hands-on expertise in setting up and managing Expert Advisors (EAs), as well as deploying and maintaining them on Virtual Private Servers (VPS). For the past two years, I have also worked as a customer support representative for a company that offers trading software, allowing me to combine technical knowledge with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

I am now seeking a Virtual Assistant and Customer Support role where I can leverage my experience in trading, technical setup, and customer service. I thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments and am known for my strong communication skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving. I am enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes and am committed to delivering exceptional support across email, chat, and phone.
