I used to oversee a department where i get to manage the support team, improve the customer experience, handling difficult and escalated cases, setting standards & goals, creating better and improved processes and listening and analyzing customer feedback. In short, I lead and guide the team in delivering excellent service.

Marketing the property, screening the prospect lessees, drafting and signing the lease contract and the payment, handing over the property while carefully discussing the provisions, rules and regulations, doing property inspections and all documentations needed for the lease are some of the basic things needed to Rental Property Management.

I make sure to set clear direction to the whole team, give them support and guide them, motivate and inspire them and making sure we communicate clearly. I make decisions for the team and for our department's operations and builds trust for everyone and help the team collaborate or encourage teamwork. In other words, I help our people work together effectively, guide them toward success and still being the person they can rely on for support and direction.

Worked on offline and local marketing back when online was still not the thing during that time then slowly made an online presence. Started with email marketing and sms marketing then came the digital foundation where we had a website. Change was inevitable so we have to keep up with the fast paced digital age, where we also entered paid advertising and social media presence While all these marketing are constantly evolving we made sure that we are still upholding our brand the message that we carry to our prospect clients. Building trust and words of mouth were still a big factor in making it to real estate.

Although I am still new to this industry, but I can assure you that i can give my full focus and my absolute best in this new skill that I am still learning. I had a 6-day online workshop on Amazon online arbitrage sourcing and I am constantly learning. Given the past work experience that I had, I also started my career from the ground up and built my skills through hands-on experience. I began at the bottom and worked my way up.

Although I am still new to this industry, but I can assure you that i can give my full focus and my absolute best in this new skill that I am still learning.
