Profile Description

I am an experienced Operations and Administrative professional with over 10 years of management background. I previously served as an Operations Manager for an I.T. encoding company with more than 10 employees, where I handled attendance monitoring, Manual Payroll, and ensured Projects were delivered on time. I also managed our Salon and Spa business, where I supervised our staff, Monitored our Sales and Expenses, and Maintained excellent and consistent customer service.
My strengths include staff supervision, Operations Monitoring, Payroll Management, Sales Tracking and Project coordination. I am Highly organized, Detail Oriented and comfortable using MS Office and is willing to learn new Productivity Tools.
I am seeking a long-term, stable remote opportunity as an Admin Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Specialist or Operations Support Role, where I can contribute my leadership experience and strong organizational skills to help businesses or Company run smoothly.
