Hi! I'm Gloree — an AI Operations and Automation VA based in the Philippines.

I help coaches, agencies, real estate businesses, and e-commerce brands get their back-end operations running on actual systems instead of manual effort and good intentions. I build automation workflows, set up CRM pipelines, create SOPs, and connect the tools your business already has so they work together.

LEAD MANAGEMENT & CRM
Built a full lead pipeline for a real estate brand using Tally.so, HubSpot, and ---------- — leads from 3 sources flow into one CRM with 7 custom stages, automatic deal creation, and a 3-email follow-up sequence. First response time went from 24+ hours to under 10 minutes.

CLIENT ONBOARDING
Built an end-to-end onboarding system where one form submission automatically creates a Notion client workspace, sends a 3-touch welcome email sequence, and populates all client details — no manual setup required. Onboarding time dropped from 4 hours to 30 minutes per client.

AI TRIAGE WORKFLOW (n8n Cloud)
Built an 8-node n8n Cloud patient intake system that reads symptoms, classifies urgency (Emergency / Urgent / Routine), sends WhatsApp alerts to doctor and patient, and logs everything to Notion and Google Sheets — all within minutes of form submission.

CONTENT & INBOX SYSTEMS
Built a content repurposing pipeline that turns one YouTube video into 5 content pieces in 30 minutes using Claude AI and Notion. Also built a Gmail + Zapier + Notion inbox triage system that cut daily inbox time from 90 minutes to 20.
