I have been an active social media user since high school, which helped me become familiar with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Over the years, I’ve learned how to create engaging posts, manage content, and understand audience interaction. While in college, I also assisted in managing pages for group projects and small events, gaining basic experience in scheduling posts, responding to comments, and using tools like Canva for simple graphics.

I have been using Canva since I entered college to create various visual materials for school projects, presentations, reports, and social media content. It became my go-to tool for designing posters, infographics, and slides due to its user-friendly interface and wide range of templates. My consistent use of Canva throughout college helped me develop a strong eye for design and creativity in presenting information clearly and attractively.

I have experience providing chat support by assisting people who needed help or had questions, whether for school-related tasks, online transactions, or technical issues. I’ve always been available to support others whenever they needed guidance, especially through messaging platforms. This helped me develop good communication skills, patience, and a helpful attitude when responding to inquiries.

I used Microsoft Dynamics 365 during my thesis and research in my 4th year of college as part of my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I explored its features for managing customer data, automating processes, and analyzing business operations.

During college, I gained hands-on experience in HTML and CSS through various class activities and projects. One of the key tasks was creating our own website from scratch, where I applied HTML for structure and CSS for design and layout.
