I am very proficient in making use of Airtable - from organizing tasks to planning events.

I specialize in managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of a business. I strive for efficiency while also managing the team's workload and factors outside of my control. I am experienced in inventory management, order fulfillment, responding to customers, social media marketing, and managing product listings.

I have experience and am proficient in the numerous facets of shopify. This includes managing product listings, website design, order fulfillment, inventory management, and adding integrations.

I am very proficient in brainstorming content for social media, editing videos, and creating carousels for use in social media or to engage with customers.

I am very proficient in using Trello for managing tasks and teams.

I am very adept in planning and managing content plans for multiple social media channels. I am also knowledgeable in using ads effectively similar to a media buyer.

I have experience in building the standard automations and email templates on Klaviyo and Shopify. I do believe that these are just the bare minimum and theres more for me to learn.

I have a strong proficiency in basic video editing for short form content (reels) and long form content (youtube). I have a basic understanding of continuity-editing techniques and photography/videography.

I have experience in using Capcut for both short and long form content. I am able to apply the best practices of video editing such as camera movement and audio design. However, I believe that I still have a lot to learn to make my edits more seamless and engaging.
