I have been with Technical Support as part of my Customer Service experience of more than 10 years.

Aside from my skills learned from music, outside music, I have an extensive experience in Customer Service for more than 10 years. I have started my Call Center journey way back 2009, from then, I have been with different types of line of business from Customer Service, Technical Support , Sales, Virtual Assistant handling Chat concerns, Email and Social Media Management.

I have a pure passion with music that lead me to build my own recording studio on December 2019 that made me a music producer and audio/recording engineer. I have honed my skills through my experiences from my recording studio. This experience includes proper recording techniques, mixing and mastering recorded tracks and audio music, mixing and mastering podcast, cleaning and enhancing recorded tracks and audios. I'm adept in using different DAWs (Digital Audio Working Station) and plugins (EQ, Compressor, Limiter, etc) I have produced and worked with different types of music production (Produced album, EP, singles, Voice-overs and Podcasts).
