I build automated systems that save businesses time using Zapier, Make, AI tools, Notion, and Google Workspace — so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.

My background is a mix of customer support, content strategy, and no-code automation. I spent time in a BPO environment handling 100+ daily inquiries, which taught me how businesses actually operate under pressure. That experience pushed me toward automation because most of what slows businesses down is repetitive, manual, and completely fixable.

What I've built so far: a 9-step intelligent lead management pipeline, an AI-powered client onboarding system, an automated customer response workflow, and a lead capture CRM, all using Zapier, AI by Zapier, Notion, and Gmail. These aren't concepts. They're live, published, and running.
I'm HubSpot Content Marketing Certified, CEFR C1 Advanced English which means I communicate clearly, research thoroughly, and document everything properly.
