o Ability to prepare extracted data to match the formats needed.

o Knowing how to use database software to find records, sort, review, edit, print, and other functions.
o ETL
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
o Fast learner, able to learn technologies used by the organization (Duco, Power Bi, Tableau, Bubble etc.)
• Good communication skills
o Ability to communicate with other teams and onshore counterparts.
• Project Management
o Ability to work on multiple projects. Knows what to prioritize.
• Programming
o Ability to code on various programming language. Knows how to debug an existing program.
o Creating connections using APIs
• Microsoft Excel
o Expert level on using Microsoft excel including VBA Forms, macro, complex formulas, Pivot Tables etc.
