I specialize in creating comprehensive title reports that contain vital information such as Vesting/Owners, Legal Descriptions, Taxes, Situs Addresses, Easements and Rights of Ways, Deeds of Trust, Liens and Judgments, and UCC Financing Statement and Bankruptcies. Additionally, I am skilled in platting legal descriptions both manually and through applications. My expertise ensures that all relevant details are meticulously included in Reports for residential properties in California.
The software and programs I utilize include FAST, EWB, Datatree, DataTrace, TRD/FSLegal, DTDocs, Digital Reel, Deed Plotter, ---------- , Public County Recorders, Titlepoint, Citrix app, Google app, Microsoft app, OCR, and Adobe PDF forms. I create various search product types, such as Alta Title Commitments, Alta Loan Policy, Chain of Title Guarantee, Condition Title Guarantee, Prelim, Owners Eagle Policy, Parcel Map Guarantee, Lot Book Guarantee and Alta Ins Arb Commitment.
