Zoho CRM Management: Experience in managing Zoho one apps such as CRM, Desk, Forms, Mail, Flow, Kiosk Studio, Projects, Campaigns and Analytics. 

Integration & Market Reports: Integrating Zoho CRM using Zapier includes knowledge in real estate platforms. Also creates buyer and homeowner reports

Cloud Security Support: Providing technical support and enhancing knowledgebases for home office users.

Reports Development: Experience in MySQL database, Visual Basic studio, programming languages (SQL, C / C++, JavaScript, html) Knowledge in python, PHP 

Team Leadership: Leading call center teams, coaching, and handling escalations.

Training & Mentoring: Delivering training for new hires and product updates. 

Customer Service: Resolving issues with high customer satisfaction and strong work ethic.
