I manage Accounts Receivable from invoicing to collection. My responsibilities include generating invoices, verifying supporting documents, recording transactions in the accounting system, monitoring aging reports, and following up on overdue accounts. I ensure that all payments are accurately posted and reconciled to maintain healthy cash flow and organized financial records.

I handle full-cycle Accounts Payable from bill entry to payment processing. My responsibilities include verifying invoices, matching documents, recording vendor bills, preparing checks or payment requests, and monitoring due dates. I also perform vendor reconciliation to ensure balances are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

I have over five years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting support. I am currently working in the car dealership industry, managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and account reconciliations. Through hands-on experience, I have developed strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records. I continuously improve my accounting knowledge because I am genuinely passionate about organized and reliable financial management.

Though as I took my bachelors degree, I am already familiar with how data use and works to be able to help make data driven decision making in all sort of problems. I enrolled in google for me to expand my learnings and to know and explore the softwares that might help to get accurate and faster results.

Since I started my career as an office worker, I already started using microsoft excel for more than 4 years already.

I use Google Sheets to create and maintain monitoring trackers for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. I track invoice status, due dates, collections, vendor payments, and account balances to ensure nothing is missed.
