I am a graduate of Far Eastern University - Manila with the course Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media under the Digital Cinema track. I have been a home based customer service representative under a US based company for 3 almost years. My work with them encompasses the handling of different customer concerns such as refunds, order status and/or order customization, I also often handle responding to customer emails. Moreover, during my time with them I have familiarized myself with programs such as Zendesk, Upgrade to see actual info or Limelight, and The Fulfillment Center. Aside from being a customer service representative, I have also been freelancing for the past 3 years as a Graphic Designer. Canva is the main program that I use. I create logos, posters and marketing materials. I was also a Social Media Associate for Precious Pages Corporation, a well-known publishing company here in the Philippines. I would produce videos and social media posts for their Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info account. In addition to that, I was once a moderator for a Facebook page, Peevee a gaming video creator and I also currently handle my own content creation on TikTok.
