Profile Description

During my internship at the Department of Agriculture, under the Information and Communication Technology Services (ICTS), Network Operations and Management Division (NOMD), I developed a strong foundation in IT support and network administration. I gained hands-on experience in managing and supporting the DA-National Information Network (NIN), which includes both Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructures. At my first company, I gained a basic understanding of server operating systems (x86 architecture) and became familiar with virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V. I also utilized PowerShell for basic automation tasks. On my first project, my responsibilities involved assisting users with technical issues, providing support through phone and email, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network concerns, and accurately documenting all interactions. This experience strengthened my skills in problem-solving, communication, documentation, and adaptability in a fast-paced technical environment.
