I help Shopify and DTC e-commerce brands manage the moving parts behind growth — from campaigns and email marketing to store operations and customer experience.

From March 2024 to January 2026, I worked as an Account Manager and E-commerce Marketing Operator for a U.S.-based wellness beverage brand, where I handled both marketing execution and day-to-day operations across Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and customer support systems.
