I helped e-commerce business owner to catch up on his books for 3 years of transactions. More than 12 thousand transactions for that catch-up and I was able to finish it in 3 months. From creating a chart of accounts for his eCommerce store (amazon and Shopify), pulling out all the documents, converting 3-year bank statements for his 3 banks, manual upload, categorization to its proper account, reconciling all banks statements including the 5 payment processors (Shopify payment, gift cards, shop Pay installment, Amazon Pay and Paypal). I was able to check his Cash Flow Statement and discovered that one of his payment gateways has a problem he has sales but the Payouts were not remitted to his bank. I informed him regarding on that and Shopify remitted his payouts for more than 4 months of sales. Income of the client increased due to this transaction.
