Bookkeeping | Administrative Assistant | Customer Service Re

I've been an intern for administrative assistant position at a school and I maintain and keep the databases up to date. Also, I am responsible for the student's credentials to be put on the right place.

I've been a customer service representative (non-voice) for a year and I must say it is much harder in my opinion than on voice. We are not just catering 1 customer, but 3 or customers simultaneously and we would contact them or call their number if they are unresponsive in chat while we are conversing with other customers. It is pretty challenging but I manage to learn everything

This was taught back when I was a 4th year college. I've done almost everything, what an accountant would do, bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements from a certain year, recording transactions, checking the accuracy of each transactions, etc.

I've done bank reconciliation, preparing sales invoices, expenses, billings, through training and got certified.
