Accounting and Finance clerk

I am an accounting staff and I am proficient in using Quick books, Excel, Word, Google Sheet, Teams and ERP tools which helps me navigate and input the data needed in our department. This tools are efficient in collecting and summarizing data. Specially in Quick books, you can easily get all the important data and transactions needed.

As an accounting staff, we used to do a monthly inventory and quarterly auditing. It's purpose is to ensure appropriate inventory levels, identify inefficiencies and budget more accurately. One of my task is as an accounting staff is to validated Costing.

As a customer service representative handling retail account specifically Amazon is a process which I used to guide and update customers with their concerns. It helps me to be more focus and detailed on any concerns of the customer which I resolve within the time. This made my communication skill proficient and set the goal before the shift ends.
