Reporting and Data Analyst

Currently the Communications POC of our Group, ensures that all alerts, and outgoing communications to the internal and external customers are shared at a timely manner, and develops material that would be easily digestible to customers. Also is a POC regarding Slack Channel monitoring, wherein we answer questions from our customers when they have an inquiry on our reports, and has developed a structure of template to be able to standardize our responses

Looks into the concern by and analyzing all data from all possible scenarios, having an open mind to the possible solutions, Using previous experience combined with insights from colleagues to be able to provide a collaborative and efficient solution to the concern.

Currently maintaining multiple Data Studio reports where the backend file is currently in Microsoft Excel and data is first extracted from 24/7, This is used as a Performance Management Report for the Chat Queues in our Company

Uses this most often for Data cleansing and error checking for the Backend Data of our reports, and also can use this tool for the housing of the Report itself based on the need.

Uses Google Sheets often to create the structure of the Backend Data for our Data Visualizations and Reports. Uses it as well to cleanse the data if incase needed when we extract data from Amazon. 24/7 or the Tasklog Files that were made through Appscript

Uses Google Slides to be able to provide presentations and visualizations when we share recommendations and analysis based on the data we have pulled to help customers with the decisions and information they need on the current situation of their queue

Uses this platform to house Procedures, Templates and Communications that can help the team for instructions and guidance if incase we need a reference for a task, and POCs are not available at the given time

Currently managing a Tableau Report that where Backend data is stored in an SQL Server (Snowflake) and also a Manual Backend FIle (Microsoft Excel)

Am able to read the codes in the current macros that have been built, so that We can provide troubleshooting if needed without having it escalated to the Developers of the Macro.
