As an Operations Manager or Coordinator, I take ownership of daily operations, build the reporting and tracking systems that keep teams accountable, and make sure work moves from start to finish without things falling through the cracks.
As an OBM, I step into founder-led businesses, identify where execution is breaking down, and build the infrastructure that removes the founder from the operational loop.
As a Claude/AI Specialist, I design and deploy AI-assisted workflows, automation pipelines, and agentic systems that give small teams the output capacity of a much larger operation.
