CATEGORIZING SKILL: Checking and journalizing in system if all purchases, cash advances, expenses, loans, & bills for payment were correctly accomplished

COMMUNICATION SKILL: Coordinates with employees in charge, vendors and customers thru mails or phone calls on all concerns related to invoices, payables & expenses.

PAYING/GL ENTRY SKILL: Prepares check and cash vouchers for releases 

INVOICING SKILL: Prepares Invoices base on system provided (inventory system)

CLERICAL/FILING SKILL: Maintains and updates billers files. 

REPORTING SKILLS: Prepares Trade Receivable reports & Aging of Receivables reports

REPORTING SKILLS: Process and prepare Inventory Report

COSTING SKILL: Prepares unit costing (actual vs projected cost) 

REPORTING SKILLS: Prepares Annual Sales report

MONITORING SKILLS: Prepares cash advances to employees (to be paid to respective vendors) base on company's threshold, replenishes petty cash fund advances and call the attention of person concerned on payables that needs to be liquidated/paid

ADJUSTMENT & ANALYTICAL SKILL: Checks accuracy of Statement of Accounts per Client and prepares adjustments, if any.

ADJUSTMENT & ANALYTICAL SKILL: Prepares adjusting entries in the system to correct or reclass affecting accounts (e.q. cancelled sales, account discrepancies, wrong entries)

ADJUSTMENT & ANALYTICAL SKILL: Prepares other accrual of expenses and income entries and reports for year-end adjusting trial balance (e.q. depreciation, prepaid insurance, interest income)

FLEXIBILITY SKILL: Prepares other reports ad hoc for Financial statements report and post closing trial balance report (e.q. bank reconciliations, other confidential tasks)
