Marketing Assistant/ Virtual Assistant

I have been handling our company's financial reports on a daily basis; monthly report; and auditing.

I always check our branch lending company emails everyday; requesting SOA bill; sending reports; checking approved budgets.

Following instructions and accomplish it on its specific time. I am very keen on the details before sending the final outputs.

Posting marketing ads to attract & get clients in my previous networking company. After posting the marketing ads in Facebook, I entertain messages & I also send messages to the target clients. I also try selling used stuffs & create my own captions in Facebook to market the product.

Making reports to balance our cash on hands & cash in bank through MS Excel in my previous lending company.

I used this most of the time like responding to emails; to do list/reminders; editing some attachments of our budgets in my previous work. I still use this until now.

Checking the availability day & scheduling our clients on their transactions. I always take notes every month to maintain the payments of the bills, monthly reports & etc.

During my College days, writing Case Studies is quite a great challenge for me because I was able to dig up more of my knowledge in making all of my outputs. Doing the research, writing information, and rechecking the final output is what I really like about doing it.

I have a quite experience in making a packaging & brand identity design. I have tried to make my own design of my clothing business which I am still planning when to establish it.
