Professional Experience:

I started my career as a Customer Service Representative at iQor, managing an international account that strengthened my communication and client support skills. I later transitioned into freelancing, beginning as a transcriptionist for a U.S.-based cable technician before taking on broader responsibilities as his General Virtual Assistant. During this time, I also completed training at The VA Bar, gaining knowledge across multiple niches including administrative support, social media management, real estate, and executive assistance.

I then worked for a year as an Administrative Virtual Assistant at The Lunaria, a remote company providing virtual assistance and business support services, where I further developed my organizational expertise. Over time, I discovered my passion for research and data, serving as a Research and Data VA at allnurses, a professional online community for nurses and healthcare workers, and at GrantStation, a non-profit resource that helps organizations identify and secure grants. These experiences ultimately led me to advance as a Research Lead, where I specialized in data gathering, analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

I also served as a Grants Virtual Assistant responsible for managing and maintaining the company's grantmaker list and assisting in writing grant applications for clients. I am also responsible for finding grantors for every client depending on their characteristics and what they do. Ensured accuracy, organization, and relevance of all entries, supporting the team in identifying and pursuing funding opportunities for various industries.
