Professional Experience:
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative at iQor, managing an international account that strengthened my communication and client support skills. I later transitioned into freelancing, beginning as a transcriptionist for a U.S.-based cable technician before taking on broader responsibilities as his General Virtual Assistant.
