Accounts Payable Associate/ Payroll

I am currently handling VA payroll and drafting and sending contracts. I am also an internal auditor focusing on Expense Report Auditing. Making sure that all budget released are well accounted for.

MAINTAINING ASSET LAPSING MONITORING DEPRECIATION EXPENSE

• Preparing and sending Statement of Accounts to Clients • Acknowledging and tracing payments from clients • Preparing of: Aging Report Delinquent Account Report Cancelled and Refunded Client Report Income Statement Report Cash Flows Report Expense Report • Monitoring of Clients’ Post-dated Checks • Maintaining of Asset Lapsing and Asset Tagging • Monitoring of Petty Cash Funds CEBU SOUTHERN MOTORS, IN

• Checking the completeness of daily reports like Daily Cash Collection Report, Daily Sales Monitoring and etc. • Checking the correctness of all accountable documents: Job Orders, Parts and Service Sales Invoice, Receipts and Purchase Orders • Daily tagging of collections (ensuring that “collection today, deposit tomorrow” has been followed). • Facilitating of Physical Inventory and Reconciliation of discrepancies afterwards. • Preparing of Audit reports and submit to our Comptroller. • Checking the completeness of Technicians’ tools. • Checking of branches’ Revolving fund for replenishment. • Cashiering when assigned personnel is on-leave. • Ensuring all procedures are strictly followed. • Answering telephone calls
