I handle end-to-end storefront management, app integrations, and product catalog creation across channels. I leverage advanced SEO keywords and AI engine optimization (AEO) to ensure products are easily discovered by both traditional searchers and AI shopping agents.
Operations & Workflow Engineering:        Drawing from my Process Engineering roots, I treat store operations like a high-performing production line. I map out custom workflows, build robust process documentation (SOPs), audit data, and conduct deep-dive research to eliminate bottlenecks and slash store inefficiencies.
