Auditor/Accountant

I audit the accounts receivable of the company. Part of my responsibility is to encode the collection reports, and making sure that all the transactions involving paid and unpaid invoices are monitored. I also handle customer concerns regarding the collections. I check the compliance and completeness of Cash Sales Invoice issued by the collecting agents. Furthermore, I issue a monthly A/R report to Supervisors and Admin.

I am responsible in auditing the accounts receivable of the company, I make sure that all collections are being collected on time and paid correctly. Also, I perform petty cash audit, where I examined if the funds is being used appropriately and accordingly to the company policy. I also audit the collection and remittance — I checked the compliance and completeness of the issued Cash Sales Invoice. I also do spot cash count, wherein, I confirm the completeness of the declared sales to the cash on hand.

I am Xero Advisor Certified. During our training in Xero, we explore each features and was able to do bank reconciliation, and do the reporting - Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.

I am responsible in preparing the inventory count sheet. I also perform, the counting and reconciliation. Afterwards, I encode it on the system and verify the discrepancies. I do Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA), where I offset discrepancies to the previous months. I also compute the amount of inventory shortages. In addition, I prepare monthly inventory report, and present the IRA quarterly to Supervisors and Admin.
