ClickUp — Build and manage task boards for real estate transaction tracking. Create subtasks per transaction stage, assign deadlines, monitor listing workflows, and ensure no milestone is missed from offer to closing.

Listing Coordination — Enter and manage property listings in MLS. Upload photos, write listing descriptions, set status (Active/Pending/Sold), cross-verify accuracy on Zillow, prepare DocuSign agreements, and create marketing materials in Canva for new listings and open houses.

Transaction Coordinating — Manage real estate transactions from contract to close. Track all deadlines across EMD, inspection, financing, pre-closing, and closing stages. Coordinate document collection, agent communication, and milestone follow-up using ClickUp, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
