My task are to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls - follow up with leads, quotes and renewal opportunities, Prepare and compare insurance quotes, assisting with renewals, endorsement, new leads, reshop and policy changes. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the management system, provide excellent customer service and support to agents with administrative and service task. I have a little knowledge with commercial insurance in preparing/sending COI, Accord and quoting Auto, General and Workers Compensation.
