I’ve worked with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other office tools to organize data, create documentation, and support daily operations. I’m used to working independently, solving tech issues quickly, and keeping everything running smoothly for large teams.

I’ve worked with firewalls, HAProxy load balancers, and cloud-based tools to ensure stable connections and data protection. I’m experienced in troubleshooting network issues fast and keeping systems online with minimal downtime.

I have practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, including setting up and managing EC2 instances, S3 storage, and basic IAM configurations. I understand cloud networking concepts and use AWS tools for secure, scalable hosting and automation projects. I also completed AWS Cloud Practitioner training to strengthen my skills in managing cloud-based environments.

I build and automate workflows using AI tools like n8n to help businesses save time and improve efficiency. I connect apps, databases, and APIs to create smart systems that handle repetitive tasks automatically. I also design AI-powered assistants for tasks like customer support, scheduling, and data tracking.
