In my most recent role as a Fault Management Specialist, My most recent experience has been handling and creating trouble tickets or fault tickets. (I am assigned to the IT Operations department under the IT Helpdesk. In terms of job responsibilities, they have various roles that include installation, maintenance, and repair of their telecommunications equipment such as fiber optic cables, routers, and other networking devices.
