POD request + delivery confirmation (when applicable)
Exception alerts: missed pickup, delays, no movement, appointment risk

2) DISPATCH SUPPORT / LOAD COORDINATION
Booking support + confirmation documentation
Pickup confirmation follow-ups and appointment requests
Daily load sheet / dispatch run updates (Excel/Sheets)
Driver/carrier communication support (status checks, notes, timelines)
Maintain load details completeness: refs, notes, special instructions, accessorials.

3) FREIGHT BROKER VA SUPPORT (QUOTING + ADMIN)
Gather shipment specs (dims, weight, pallets, commodity)
Identify load type: LTL / PT / FTL + basic Volume LTL qualification
Request/compare quotes (as trained) and summarize options clearly
Freight class basics captured correctly to reduce quoting errors
Update trackers/CRM notes and maintain quote history + follow-ups

BACK-OFFICE OPS SUPPORT:
Spreadsheet management (loads, quotes, follow-ups, exceptions)
CRM updates, documentation organization, and SOP follow-through
Daily/weekly reports (active loads, delivered, exceptions, priorities)

TOOLS:

Fast learner for TMS / carrier portals (I follow your workflow and documentation standards)

WORK STYLE (HOW I WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION):
Start-of-shift: review priorities, pickups, “at-risk” loads
Mid-shift: proactive follow-ups, milestone updates, exception checks
End-of-shift: summary + handover notes + tomorrow priorities
