As an Executive VA, I provide operational and administrative support including email and calendar management, research, reporting, lead tracking, database organization, and structured follow-ups. I have worked with niche online directories where I managed and updated business listings, onboarded new businesses, researched and qualified leads, and handled Instagram DM outreach using approved scripts while maintaining strict adherence to branding and deadlines.
