I’ve been working online since 2016, supporting business owners as an Executive Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, and Team Manager. I’ve worked with clients across multiple industries, including Marketing, Real Estate, and eCommerce, where I handled daily operations, managed projects, and coordinated teams to keep businesses running efficiently.

I’m highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and the Windows operating system, and I have extensive experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, Podio, Trello, Infusionsoft, Asana, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Dropbox, TeamViewer, Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere. My background includes CRM management, workflow automation, proofreading, payroll administration, invoicing, quality assurance, social media management, and general administrative support.

I also have hands-on experience with video, photo, and audio editing, as well as transcription work. In addition, I bring a solid foundation in basic networking and technical troubleshooting, allowing me to quickly resolve common tech issues without downtime.

I’m passionate about computers, gadgets, and emerging technologies. I’m tech-savvy, a fast and accurate encoder (60+ WPM), and known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. I adapt quickly, multitask effectively, and remain open to learning new systems and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
