My journey began in 2004 with a few poems and a column in a local newspaper. While I eventually became a Registered Nurse, my heart never left the world of language and systems. For the past 10 years, I have merged that "caregiver" mindset with a high-level marketing and admin toolkit to support CEOs and founders as they scale.

The Editorial Foundation: Starting as a columnist and eventually a Copy Editor for Author Solutions, I developed a meticulous eye for detail, editing complex manuscripts and ensuring every word served a purpose.

The Transition to Marketing: Working for The Web Showroom (Australia), I wrote across dozens of niches—from health and tech to fashion and travel—learning how to adapt brand voices to different audiences.

The Tech & Operations Phase: My time with Invoice2go and various marketing firms taught me the "under-the-hood" mechanics of business: Zendesk, Shopify, WordPress, and CRM management.

The CEO Right-Hand: Over the last decade of full-time freelancing, I’ve evolved into a self-directed operator. I’ve built sales funnels, managed Meta Ads, and created SOPs that allow businesses to run while the founder sleeps.
